The band that has been touring around Malaysia for the past 3 weeks starting off in Church Of Praise,Ipoh, to playing for the Youth Alive INFLUENCE Conference in PJ, visiting a church & CF in Malacca, rocking the nite out in Seremban then back to HSG in KL before heading to Singapore for the Baybeats Music Festival is in Tabernacle Of Worship for 2 days not only to rock it out loud, but also to conduct a sound and music workshop.

Students from SAE.........Mike,Unk.Remy & I ........and also the group of Audio sifu's

InTone Band from Sydney consists of 5 really down to earth blokes..with Chris on Lead Vox and bass, Gil on Drums, Mark (Chris' bro) on lead guitar and James on keyz and 2nd guitar.. and of course..Michael a.k.a Mike on the mix.
These guys has written songs based on their personal life experiences and currently released a 2 track CD single recorded in a studio owned by Darlene Zscech.

Mark, Chris & James of InTone

Gil -the drummer is of some Dutch + kiwi descent.

Some stuff that Mark uses for his axe.

The crowd at TOW

InTone got mobbed by screaming fans armed with their camera phones.

....then Leo stopped everyone all of a sudden to have tis pix taken ....

Here's an interesting fact about these people who took unpaid leave just to come over to our boleh-land to minister.... they're NOT professionals ..well though they are musically..but according to them, Chris is a toilet equipment salesman (gettin' house-calls from housewives...hehe..bet ur thinkin bout some Desperate Housewives by now)... hehe.., James is in the property sector selling houses/lands etc., Gil is a chef and Mark is in the dairy industries (milking cows..hehe..)

So there ya go...normal people living normal lives who's passionate `bout music and being used by God by availing themselves.

A memorabilia from InTone in appreciation of our church support.

Youth Alive - All Of The Above

Check tis' out:

Its not fresh outta the oven but its good stuff from YA Western Australia.

Recorded live at Summerfest November 2005 in Perth, the music concept of this 13 tracks CD definitely puts Youth Alive nestled somewhere between Hillsong United and Linkin Park. The "All of the Above" album boasts award-winning artists that have produced tracks, such as "God of Miracles", which have captured the attention of youth throughout the nations.

Youth Alive is one of Australia's biggest gospel rock acts, playing to tens of thousands of young people around the nation and throughout Asia each year and is getting strong reviews particularly the rocky praise and anthem-like worship numbers such as 'God of Miracles' and 'Hungry for More'. The 3 opening tracks alone are sufficient to keep u glued to this album right through to the last track which is a remixed version of the infamous "Tell the World" -sung in a way u've never heard before..

With the release of this brightly written & produced album, it definitely captured the passion of this generation.

Sample it here:

Hillsong Live-Saviour King

Currently listening to:

Another great worship album from the renowned Hillsong Church..-

Saviour King

Recorded on Sunday March 18th 2007, after two and a half incredible days of the annual Hillsong Colour Your World Women's Conference in Sydney, Australia, the congregation of Hillsong Church gathered together as ONE in Sydney's largest indoor stadium 'Acer Arena', to unite ONE sound and record the latest Hillsong LIVE worship album. The atmosphere was electric, as the sound of over 13,000 worshippers reverberated throughout the auditorium... real people living real lives...singing, dancing and giving expression to the faithfulness of their God through wholehearted worship, led by Darlene Zschech and the team.

Some tracks kinda fall short of Hillsong's best, but tunes like Saviour King can be left on repeat mode on ur cd player for sometime coz of its great worship feel and its mixing stunning honest lyrics with a catchy memorable melody.

'To Know Your Name' is simply one of the best songs to have come out of Hillsong in recent years and other songs of note include Lord of Lords, One Thing and Hosanna and the two tracks which open the album are as good an album starter as any. All in all a good album with the usual Hillsong flava' in it.

Die Hard 4.0

Keepin to the true "Die Hard" formula of non-stop action from start till the end..
(8 years after the last sequel) ....John mcClane's back.. (looks so much older) in the latest Die Hard.

Talks bout a computer hacker and his gang who did havoc in the States by tapping into the national com systems,..bla bla bla..and causing a state of emergency..John & the whiz kid comes to the rescue and took out all the bad guys single handed.

Recommended only if you're into massive car crashes, traffic chase, explosives and mega-destruction. Nothin' fantastic bout' story-line though, coz it gets too predictable by the 40th minute into the movie.

My rating: 3 out of 5 star. -Watch it only if you're in desperate need of the actions. This sequel is way too 90's for an action flick.

Check out the movie trailer:
